Starting Kido--
Do you get any? At any rank? The RC rules seem to say that your first technique requires spiritual pressure (which, I assume, you earn by roleplaying). I ask because my app is for the Third Squad, and it seems weird for someone in the Kido group to not know any. Am I misunderstanding something?

There should be, if you look under Template and Rules, a Ranking system for Kido. 6th seat gets up to this level, 5th gets up to this level, etc. It needs to be modified for editing to the new rankings and the like, but those normally work.
Also, if you look for the Canon Kido thread after finding the kido ranking system, you should be able to find and add all Kido allowable for your rank. If you cant find the topic, let me know.

Alright, so we're allowed to have non-custom kido up to our rank, and the spiritual pressure thing is for any custom kido people want?
