Personality: Nikumishi's personality varies drastically. Normally he is a calm, somewhat aloof individual. He is a pragmatic thinker: knowing when it is a good idea to cut ones losses, and how best to use sacrificial pawns- this callousness makes him an enormous asset as the head of Seireitei's military offensive coreHe. However- despite this cold level of strategic thinking, this is not to say he is a cruel individual. He always maintains a pleasantness, if not quite a warmth with other shinigami, and is willing to make small talk, assist in training, and otherwse engage himself personally with others. He can be exceptionally charismatic when he chooses to be, but rarely chooses to utilize this unique talent- believing that blood and iron possesses far more real world application than sweet-talking. He is not welcoming, but nor is he an intimidating persona- just a detached one. In combat he chooses not to risk himself unecessarily- but he is of course willing to assist other shinigami in order to save lives when he is forced into battle. While fighting, he never gets emotionally involved in teh fight- he simply does what must be done.
However, once he releases his Zanpakutou, this cool demeanor evaporates. The Zanpakutou's released state infects him with an insatiable love of fighting and a deep bloodlust. Over time, he has been able to establish some level of restraint over himself while in shikai, but at bankai his control over his wanton desire to kill and slaughter takes over to the point where its almost not even he himself fighting anymore- its his zanpakutou. His thought process is sped up, and his combat reflexes are dramatically increased- to the point where it almost seems like he's forseeing an opponents moves a splisecond before they're even made. Because of this something of a loss of control over his own mind, he rarely, if ever chooses to use bankai.

An enormous, 4.5 foot long scimitar that he has trained himself to wield either single-or dual handedly.
Zanpakuto Description: While unreleased, none.
Released Zanpakuto Description: When Nikumishi releases his zanpakutou, a red mist enshrouds the blade, and then disperses, revealing the released weapon. Once released, the shikai causes small amounts of blood to clot the corners of his eyes- an inhibition that he barely notices anymore.
Building Momentum: He passively becomes stronger and faster when engaged in a fight- as he and his opponent trade blows, his eagerness to draw blood continues to increase: every post he gains a 15% increase to speed and strength until blood is drawn- however minor amount it may be. After he draws blood, or is disengaged from melee combat for more than two posts, this resets. However, if He does draw blood it resets back down to 105% for the duration of the release and gains 10% per post from that point onward. Max possible gain is 190% - max possible perma gain is 120%.
Lack of Concentration: While in Shikai, he has lost some ability to concentrate his reaitsu due to his overwhelming desire to fight. He is therefore only capable of using kido up to 1-rank lower than he is (currently level 90 max) However, his reflexes and combat intuition are boosted, allowing him to fight with unseemly skill and foresight.
Bloodbath: Whenever an opponent is killed Nikumishi can 'bathe' in their blood. This means, that as they die, he can splash some of their dying blood on himself, and heal his own injuries and replenish lost blood. Note- this cannot repair lost limbs or appendages.
Scent of Blood: Once he has drawn blood from an opponent, Nikumishi retains the scent of that blood. He can smell the opponents open wound from up to two miles away. However, if they heal themself, and clean away any of their own wet blood remaining, he loses the scent.
Boiling Blood: The blade of Uragirimono Jin is potent- and corrupt. Once it slices into an opponent, it causes their blood to literallly begin heat up. Over time, with more wounds, this heat will keep increasing, until the agony caused by it is beyond excruciating. (15 degree increase per wound.)
Corrupt Blood: As it sinks into enemy flesh, the blade of Uragirimono Jin is able to as well as increase blood temperature, begin to corrupt the opponents blood as well. This works to the effect of a fast-moving plague that spreads throughout the woundeds system. This blood plague starts out slow, but gradually accelerates as more and more wounds are opened. The first strikes effects are almost imperceptible. The second strike begins to create a headache, and nausea. The third causes slight hallucinations, and fatigue. The fourth causes the enemy to become nearly delirious, and the fifth causes intense vomitting, and near incapacitation on foes who are at the same level as Nikumishi (for each rank higher or lower, the effects happen 1 post later or sooner respepctively.
Tenacity: The thirst for blood provoked by Uragirimono Jin is so potent, that the wielder will be able to feel little pain from his injuries in shikai, to the point where Nikumishi can almost begin to ignore them entirely, and they do very little to slow him down at all.

Bankai Information(This applies to captains, and advanced lieutenants only)
Bankai Description: After he initates bankai, there is no turning back until the bankai expires. He loses control almost completely over his bloodlust- but gains a wide variety of blood based powers to help him sate his thirst for violence.
Blood Beasts: Liquid blood flows off of his new, monstrous form, and slops into large puddles on the ground around him. This blood then rises up, and begins to take shape into monstrosities. Every time he uses this abillity he will create 4 such creatures. Each one appears to be a slopping heap of 5 foot tall blood, with long, clawed arms. Despite their crude form, they move with great speed, and are capable of inflicting massive damage with their powerful arms, and gaping maws filled with fangs that can create, despite their liquid-seeming nature, horrifically deep puncture wounds. These creatures are quite hard to kill with most attacks, as the blood will simply reform when sliced into, but kido and similar techniques are effective for the most part- though the creatures are still resistant to it. However, ice type attacks are very effective, capable of freezing the monsters over ad causing them to become simply frozen blood.
Mark of Blood: places a symbol on the opponent by raising up one of his masive arms, and shooting tiny, incredibely fast moving streams of blood at them. Should this blood make contact with them, it will leave a mark at the point of contact, that will last five posts. During this time, any enemies that are hit by Nikumishi and his blood beasts with a physical attack or any zanpakutou abilties will cause the same wound to open on the marked target. (Can not injure self in order to kill opponent)
Blood Bolts: Shoots a congealed bolt of liquid blood at his enemy that is filled with his reaitsu. This blood takes on an acidic property, which allows it to burn through enemy flesh and armor. If it burns through flesh and makes contact with the enemies blood stream it will cause Corrupted blood to take effect over the next 5 posts. He can shoot large numbers of these at will due to the nature of his bankai.
Armor of Blood: The blood which surrounds him is fortified with his reaitsu, passively protecting him from a wide variety of attacks. Total protection from up to 70 Kido, and most physical attacks, as the blood will continually reform to cover any damage taken.
Improved Shikai Abilities: Corruputed blade and bloodboil have double their usual effects. After releasing bankai, Nikumishi starts out with 80% speed, and 150% strength. Each post he will gain 25% to both, which will stack until bankai end. He can smell and track any open wound, or even a wound that is healed but traces of blood remain on the body, for up to a mile in every direction
