 | This is where the Central 46 operates and carries out it's duties in the Seireitei. Shinigami taken here are to be judged by the Central 46 and, in the event that they are to be executed, are taken to the Shrine of Penitence where they stay until they are later brought to the Soukyoku and incinerated by the Kikoo. In the event that they are found innocent, they are set free. In addition, there is a secret prison known only to the Central 46, First Division and Second Division called the 'Maggot's Nest'.

Lee  | | This is where all future Shinigami are trained. Starting from lectures and talks, and going into more practical work. They train to use their Zanpaktou and Kidou. Sometimes, the upper years get to go the Real World to practice in purifying real or decoy Hollows. Under supervision of upper ranks that is.Uniform is much the same as accomplished Shinigami, although gray and white for males and red and white for females.
