Basic InformationName: Lee Kazura
Age: Appearence-20
Actual Age-136
Gender: Male
Division: 5
Seat: Captain
Looks:Lee has brown, wavy hair that often waves back dramatically when he releases his shikai. He is six feet tall exactly, and has a skinny/ slightly muscular build. Before he became a shinigami, he wore the same kind of clothes as shinigami wore. He wore robes: although they were not always black. The only time Lee's clothing changes now is when he goes into bankai.
Personality: Lee Kazura is a very open person, when you get to know him. He tends to be very light-hearted and outgoing when you get to know him. So, people often think of him being like this all the time. But, if you don't know him very well, he is completely formal with you: more serious. That seems to be a very common personality trait, but it is more of a code that Lee lives by. Trust is a factor that he feels he cannot betray, for it always came back to bite him. This is why he must be cold to people he doesn't know, and pay more attention to his art. His art is mainly his life. In mostly every situation, no matter what he's doing, he is thinking artistically. He is a very creative soul.

Zanpakuto Name: Suminako
Zanpakuto Looks: A thin, shiny steel blade. It's like a longer version of a katana. Five feet long blade.
Zanpakuto Description: In a normal version, all it does is cut, stab, and defend.
Released Zanpakuto Description: This Zanpaktou has an odd ability. This zanpaktou gives Lee the ability to draw a beast into thin air, then have it come to life. These summons are easy to destroy. If they were stabbed with a knife by a meer child, they would disintigrate. But they are very quick. These summons are not killed by Lee in his posts, his opponents are allowed to autohit them. It also takes Lee a little while to draw his beasts, so he can't be drawing them while in close combat. As Lee increases in power, and learns more about his Zanpaktou's spirit, his creations will become stronger, and faster. Although they are easy to destroy in Lee's current state, they are pretty quick.
Detonative ink-- Lee can do a couple things with detonative ink. Firstly, he can draw upon the ground, in any shape he wants with it. This allows him to use somewhat of a mine feature. However, the ink is very easy to see, so there is no stepping on it by mistake, if you aren't blind. Lee can also expel this material from his sword by using a slashing motion, acting as a projectile technique.
Controlling Ink-- This is one of Lee's not to commonly used techniques, for it takes a long time to execute it. By spraying a large amount of specialized ink out of the tip of his blade, he can completely engulf it with his power. He cannot do this to players, or any of their possessions. He can, however, make objects move, speak, or even turn into solid ink.
(EACH BEASTS REQUIRES 2 STAMINA POINTS. TO USE DETONATIVE INK REQUIRES 5 STAMINA POINTS. CONTROLLING INK USES 8 STAMINA POINTS.)
Zanpakuto Release Phrase: "Draw, Suminako!"
Released Zanpakuto Looks: In Shikai form, this blade turns completely black. The sharpness, and weight stays the same, only the color changes.
Zanpakuto Spirit: - Spoiler:
Is a mute. Talks to you telepathically. He's very abstract, and has an artistic view on the world. Like a drawing, everything can be destroyed and recreated. What's the point in fighting over things?
Zanpakuto Realm: Imagine going into your a cradle, and finding a crumpled up picture that the baby drew with some crayons. Now imagine standing in it. There are buildings, all mishapen and in different colors. However, when you enter one, it can look like ANYTHING. It can look real, cartoonish, matrix-like (etc..).

Bankai Name: Ink Creator
Bankai Looks: His zanpaktou changes a bit more drastically in this state. Instead of being completely black and darkened like his shikai, there are many colors on it. As a matter of fact, every color is expressed within this sword. It depends on what angle you're seeing it from.
External Bankai Alterations:Aside from the wings on his back, his eyes turn a dark yellow. The only other thing that changes is Lee's clothing. Instead of a black shinigami robe, he gains a predominantly white robe with longer sleeves, and a black circle in his chest area.
Bankai Description:Strength-
Lee must first be in his shikai state to go to bankai. He can't just change straight from normal to bankai.
Lee grows giant wings on his back, that are black and white as if they were drawn with ink. These wings are hard to hit, for there is no inside to them. It's like only the outline of the wings are material, but they still function as regular wings. His sword, (which is five feet long originally) grows to a full six feet.
Basically, this is taking a step up from his shikai, giving him no limits on what he can draw. Right, anything he draws will take action. Even inanimate objects. For example, he could draw a grenade, that would explode ink in about a 10 meter radius. He could draw a wall. He can not draw anything that could instantly kill or poison his opponent (Nucleur bombs, any poisonous substances). Everything he creates is still ink-based. So if he makes a handgun, the bullets are of ink, and they do not hurt as much as real bullets would. He can draw things quickly based upon there size. For example, a wall is not very convenient, as it would require him to move around just to draw it. That may take him an entire post. But because he's so fast with drawing, (As that's pretty much all he's ever done in his shinigami years), he can draw about three small grenades in one post. If he were to draw a bomb and throw it. Lee can draw up a remote, which will trigger the grenades that he creates.
When Lee slashes his sword, you can see about fifty six different colors in that one slash. It throws opponents off a bit.
The highlight of this bankai is the technique called:
self-creator- Lee can draw himself. This self has all the powers of Lee in shikai mode. Meaning, he can not go into bankai. It looks just like Lee does, but it is not him. He can only take a few hits, each hit taking a large piece of his structure.
Drawbacks: Requires 2 posts to draw this technique. Requires 6 posts of cooldown. He is quite vulnerable in the two posts, as he doesn't have a very high defense.
Stats for self-creatorStrength:[/b]27.5

Ink Storm This technique comes from Lee's blade. Ink begins spilling out of it, then begins spinning in a cycle around the battlefield. It is such a large amount of ink that it makes it harder for the opponent to see. This also empowers all of Lee's creations. Water techniques will make the ink lose substance, and large bursts of reiatsu will disperse the storm.
(requires two stamina to create something. Requires 10 stamina for self-creator. 7 stamina points for ink storm.)
History and RP SampleHistory: Lee Kazura was born into the most ordinary family of them all. He had an older brother, and was soon to have a younger sister. His parents were hapilly married, and they all lived in a middle class family, on a street next to a park, and other houses. They lived in Korea. Nothing extraordinary, tragic, or unusual was about Lee's family. For some reason, that seemed to bug Lee as a child. He wanted to go on high-stakes adventures, like he would watch in the cartoons. He wanted to stick out, even if it was just a little bit. But he knew he never could. He had been named "Lee" in the most ordinary family in the world. No way that he could stick out, at all. Lee's father was very inspirational, for he owned a dojo. Lee's extreme energy and temper would be let out there, almost everyday. His mother, of course, wanted him to find a more creative way to sooth himself, like... you know.. arts and crafts? But Lee didn't enjoy craftsy' types of things. Lee liked to unload his rage. Doing in his fathers dojo was preventing him from getting in fights at school, which is why Lee's mother permitted it. Lee's father was a very skilled samurai. Lee's grandfather was a samurai in a great war, and he taught everything he knew to Lee's dad. Lee's dad taught everything he knew to Lee. Or atleast, he tried to.Growing up, Lee loved to visit his uncles house for just that reason. His parents did not like him walking over to his uncle Yusen's house at the age of 7, mainly because Yusen was so weird. Lee snuck out of the house, almost all of the time, just to go over there. His uncle was always rocking out to some music, watching TV, or creating fun activities for him and lee to par-take in. Yusen was a Korean pop dancer, which Lee found very interesting.Lee felt truly at home with his uncle. One day, when Lee was a about ten years old, Yusen came over to his house for a family reunion. All sorts of people were there. People who were Lee's "family", that he didn't even know about. His mother and father, and his newborn sister, all sit on the couch. Crouds formed among the new-born baby, and once again, Lee felt like he got no attention. He was just plain old Lee, always off to the side. Even his friends barely ever recognized him. Lee would regret hating his family at this moment, as he could feel the ground shaking. Everyone in the large room started to panic. It felt like a large earthquake hitting them, and they were at the top of the building, so that wasn't good. Through the window, only Lee seemed to notice that giant figure outside. It was traveling in the distance, shooting large beems out of his mouth. He would, later on in life, know to call this creature, a "menos grande".
Another one appeared right next to the door, only, all you could see was it's completely black eye. Lee, was speechless, and could barely tell his family to get up and run, before.. it happened. The Menos Grande drove its hand into the side of the building, then dug it towards the couch where his mother, father, baby sister, and his favorite uncle sat. Yusen. The large creatures hand grabbed the arm rest, picking up his entire family. As quickly enough as his family realized what was going on, the monster had swallowed them whole. The last thing that Lee saw before there deaths, were there terrified faces. Lee had only seen his mother and father in pleasant moods, throughout his entire life. Seeing them so terror-struck, hurt Lee internally, more then he would ever be hurt in the future. Lee's brother, Sanosuke, grabbed the dazed boy by the arms and rushed him down the stares. While rushing down to safety, Lee could only see his parents faces through his tears. Then he thought about his uncle... He was gone also. Sano brought Lee all the way down to the basement, where they could hear the extreme death and destruction going on. Lee looked at Sanosuke, with tears in his eyes. His brother, Sanosuke, was always a very strong person, who never cried. But at the time, Lee could swear that he saw a tear forming in his eye. "Sano.... what are we--" "We will avenge them!!" Sanosuke yelled, letting all of his tears go at once. "I won't die without knowing that I fought those damned monsters, and kill them!" his brother yelled, vigilantly. Lee found inspiration in those words, and decided to follow them too. From now on, they would be Menos hunters. As humans, they could barely do anything, but they could both clearly see the monsters, unlike other people. They sat in the basement until the noise subsided....
10 years laterLee and his older brother Sanosuke stood in a largy grassy plain, dust kicked up everywhere. Among the hundreds of screaming people, Sanosuke and his brother stood facing the menos grande, which towered over 100 feet above him. They were calm, facing above them, like they had done this many times before. They wore metal samurai armor, a gray steeled kimono that dropped to there ankles. They had sharpened blades at there sides, awaiting for the dust to clear."About all this Samurai stuff.." Lee began to say. "Don't you think it would be a lot more effeciant to just shoot this guy up? The weapons system has been evolved, we don't have to use these swords anymore." There was a pause for a few seconds. Sanosuke was debating to answer his younger brothers question. "It's not about effectiveness, Lee.." he paused, once again, to add meaning to his statement. "It's about honor. Our father was a traditional samurai. Using guns to avenge his death would be...well.. rude." Lee felt like giving a smart-ass remark, but he had noticed something about the menos. It had opened it's mouth really wide. Lee had seen this many times before, the menos's main attack. Lee jumped to the right before the attack was extracted from the menos's mouth. He didn't warn his brother, for he knew that he would be able to fend for himself. Sanosuke jumped to the left, and signalled for Lee to advance. Lee ran straight at the menos from the right, doing the exact same thing as his brother. Getting close enough to the menos grande, Lee followed through with the plan. He knelt down and put his hands in a cupped position, having his brother step on them. As he did so, Lee did his best to lift him up. They were trying to create a large scar on the bottem of the menos. But, something went wrong. The second that Sanosuke was launched up, the big smile on his face from the slight chance of victory, he was blasted into oblivion.Three more menos had shown up, surrounding Lee. JUst like his parents, his brother was defeated in such a horrible way. While being surrounded by three deathly monsters, Lee broke down and cried, like he did when he was younger. He felt like a coward, but he couldn't control it. Everything he had was gone, and now he was surrounded by three giant monsters who were ready to kill him. They all aimed there beam at the same time, charging it up as much as they could. They all shot down at the same time, and Lee died crying, like a wimp.
(Being a Shinigami)
Lee "woke up" in another place. He awoke in a bed, where outside looked to be a city, but it wasn't his. It was Seiretei, where the dead would go. He met his family, his brother, and everyone there meanwhile. He enjoyed a life there, and thought it to be so much better then life down on earth. He had overheard his brothers descision to go try out to be a "shinigami". Lee followed his brother there, and found a place that he could tell he was going to love.
People were fighting. Fighting, even as a dead man, seemed like such an abstract idea, and something he would definetely want to try. He thought, "Could you die in battle if you were already dead?" He thought about it for a while, for, as far as he knew, knew nothing about the ways of a shinigami. But he stopped thinking about these philosophical ideas, when, suddenly, he saw a crash of lightning come down to the floor.
Lee quickly jumped out of the way, then laughed, and yelled, "Cool!". From that day on, he would practice everyday to develope his powers. His powers were of a divine nature, that noone else in the sould society had much in commen with. He could create weak beasts, simply by drawing them into the air. By all the life that had been taken from him, he felt great now that he could create it. being in the soul society was the best thing that had ever happened to him.
RP Sample:- Spoiler:
Lee swallowed his gum, his eyes not widening, but being in a bit of a mental shock. Lee still looked straight ahead of himself, seeing the large stone pillar on the other side of him, but his mind was somewhere else. Not only had he sensed a large spiritual pressure closing in on his position, but had it really become colder all of the sudden? Lee slowly looked to the side, trying not to cough from the sudden swallowing of his gum. What he saw was a man who didn't even really seem much older then Lee himself was. Well, through appearence, anyways. Appereance, however, seemed to not play much of a big factor in Seretei, or so Lee noticed. Lee took note that this man just seemed old. Like, if you were to even try to look into everything about him and his past, you would go crazy. Lee stood up at first glimpse of the captain who had made his way into the large arena that they would battle in. Lee began to smile, not really feeling any sort of intimidation anymore. oddly enough, he was in a large, now cold arena; With an experienced captain who already let off a formidable reiatsu.
But because he was here... As his zanpaktou's manifestation was say, "Since you are here, make the best of being here. Everything can be destroyed and created again, don't let fear be a factor in your behavior." Lee replayed the quote over and over again in his head again, looking straight into the eyes of the captain before him as he began to speak. Lee's secure mood was now replaced with one of enthusiasm and temptation. He wanted this battle to start... He wanted to get to the good part. Lee listened with joy at what he had to say. Atleast he wasn't one of those old people who became an asshole over time due to their belief that they knew more then anyone. He sounded incredibly... Nice, and understanding. A bonus, he even commented on his youth, and congratulated him. And even thanked him for the invintation! Lee was just about to thank the man before him for even showing up. Hell, Lee was the one who had just been promoted, giving short notice to what seemed to be a legendary man. It would be hard to fight this guy with any resentment or anger in mind, which was only good for Lee.
He wanted to play things as a strategist. He wanted to play this out with calmness. He wanted to test out his abilities, to there fullest potential. Lee then saw that this man perhaps wanted the same thing. He suggested that we play the battle as if we'd play a game of Shogi. A game of strategy that was taught to him by his grandfather in his early ages. Lee was too good at the game for his own good. If only he was that good at battling? Maybe he should... Hmmm. Lee thought about this remark for a bit, while forming his own. play this like a game of Shogi. Was he being fugurative, or literal? Lee couldn't tell, but he supposed he should take him literally. If so, Lee had the perfect idea, but it involved him to do something that shinigami usually don't do, especially Captains.
"It is really a pleasure to meet you, Kyouken." Lee said, feeling the urge to use the suffix, "Sama", but remembering his formalities as a captain. It still didn't feel at all natural to be considered "Sama", for Lee. He almost felt like he wanted to go back to where people didn't rely on him, or envy him so much. Lee liked being powerful though, after hundreds of years of... Not being powerful. Lee obviously didn't know what he wanted.... "And, did you say that you wanted to battle as if we were playing a game of Shogi? Yeah, you did! Well, here we go! Good luck to you, Kyouken. I look forward to seeing what you can do!" Lee said with a small bow attached to his dialogue.
After his small bow, he jumped back and stared at his opponent. While keeping his eyes on his opponent's, he extracted the sword from his sheath, and prepared to go into shikai. That's right, he was going into shikai on the first move. But, this would be the only way that he could make his move the way he wanted to. This was the only way he could make his move as a "Shogi" type move. He would set it up the way his opponent wanted, and what Lee might consider to be a new battle strategy. With this, he would have good defense, and offense, leading up to what he was waiting to practice: Bankai.
Lee put both of his hands on his zanpaktou and focused his energy. "Draw, Suminako!" Lee yelled, with his eyes closed. From his hilt, to the tip of his blade, a blackness creeped across. His whole blade was black, but nothing had really changed about Lee's appereance other then that of his sword's. He was just Lee, however, the aura around him was much different. Unlike many other shikai releases, Lee's did not release a large blast of spiritual pressure. However, it did release something much, much different. His spiritual pressure was released through something much more artistic. Lines of color were flying from his person, a rainbow of color shining from him. This would die down after a few seconds, for some reason.
Lee began drawing with his sword furiously into the air while his opponent was still standing where he was. As he drew, he continued walking to the left and creating more and more beasts. Lions, tigers and bears, oh my! No, there were no bears. Lee thought of them to.. really not have any advantages. Lee stood in the center of all the things he had drawn, claiming himself as the "King" of the Shogi match. Around him were two ferocious lions. Although they were ferocious, and indeed fast, they were to be destroyed within one hit, like everything else he had created in shikai form. He also had two quick falcons, and two ground-hogs.
Lee looked around, and then looked at Kyouken. The game of Shogi was about to commence. Lee pointed forward, as two big lions growled and ran forward at the opponent. One came from the left, and one came from the right. About two seconds behind them, was a screeching falcon rushing towards the opponent in black and white. If the lions did not land a hit on the opponent, the bird had an opening.
