The squad systems will be set up in a different system than before. There will be 5 total squads, each one with a Captain that heads the whole squad. There will be two Vice Captains, each one controlling half of the division. Two Third seats, etc. All of this falls under the Captain Commander himself, who heads the command of the entire Shinigami force.
Also, each squad will carry out multiple jobs that have been deemed necessary by the staff:
Division 1: Intelligence and Information along with Seireitei/Rukongai and the outer world relationships. All information comes to this division for processing before being sent to other divisions.
Division 2: Special Forces/Assassinations and Undercover assignments along with Internal Affairs and Counter Intelligence.
Division 3: Kido Corps/Research and Development/Seireitei Protection and the Reserve Division.
Division 4: Medical/Supply Division
Division 5: Large Scale Operations/Offensive Tatics.
